Administrative Assitant
About Us:
Job Duties
- Greet public in person and on the telephone, provide general information.
- Perform general secretarial and clerical duties.
- Organize company business meals, travel arrangements, and events.
- Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Assist in travel needs for all employees.
- Administer accounts payable including processing purchase orders & packing slips.
- Prepare reports for administrative spending including recording monthly credit card expenses.
- Coordinate purchasing and shipment needs.
- Provide assistance to multiple departments.
- Maintain fixed assets.
- Perform monthly inventory.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- 2-3 years of job experience
- Good oral and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public
- Able to work with a diverse group of people
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software (data entry)
- Good computer skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
