Job Duties

  •  Lead the planning, development, and execution of the imaging hardware and software system tailored for supply chain tracking of microelectronic components and assemblies in military and aerospace domains.
  •  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment with product goals and customer requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the military and aerospace sectors.
  • Define product roadmaps, features, and specifications based on a deep understanding of customer pain points and government regulations.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives, including workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions, to gather insights and refine the product offering.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, defense contractors (primes), and IT decision-makers in the military and aerospace sectors.
  •  Ensure compliance with government regulations, security protocols, and IT systems specific to the target markets.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) in a product management role, preferably in a technology company with experience in SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success in government sales, understanding procurement processes, and navigating the complexities of government IT systems.
  • Deep understanding of military and aerospace supply chain operations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, engineers, and customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
  • Excellent research, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to government contract requirements
